We want you to be aware that we are strictly adhering to the CDC and Virginia Department of Health COVID-19 guidelines for this event. These are some steps we are taking to have a safe and enjoyable worship experience:
• The capacity of the venue will be at or below 50%
• We are encouraging social distancing around the venue
• Groups, family, and/or friends may sit together, as in church services, but 6 feet separation will be between groupings
• There will be sanitation stations/hand sanitizer located around the venue
• We are encouraging all attendees to wear masks while in the venue unless seated at their seat in the chapel
• Volunteers are required to wear masks and gloves during their time serving
• Bathrooms and high touch surfaces will be sanitized regularly
*Please keep in mind we cannot require people to wear a mask. Please be respectful of those who do not wear masks since it may be due to underlying conditions.
Due to restricted seating due to COVID-19, please know that we will be utilizing every other row in the chapel with 2-3 seats in between groups. With that said, we ask that you are on line with anyone you would like to sit with while entering the chapel so volunteers can easily seat groups. Group Leaders with large groups are welcome to sit together but please remember only gold registrants can sit in the gold section. However, any gold registrants can sit in the basic section if preferred. Please bring your own paper signs and painters tape ONLY to block off your section and reserve your seat throughout the event.
