What Partnership Looks Like
Hosting an Extraordinary Women conference is a shared partnership. Extraordinary Women handles speaker and artist bookings, conference marketing and promotion, registration support, and the overall event experience. We also work with the host church to discuss which speakers and artists may be the best fit for their audience.
The host church provides the venue, a main point of contact, and in-house production support, which is compensated. We also encourage the church to help promote the event within its congregation and on social media. Extraordinary Women provides an agreed-upon honorarium to the church.
Depending on venue size, we can offer a one-day event for churches that seat 1,500 or more, and a Friday night/Saturday event through 4:30PM for churches that seat 2,500 or more.
